Bode Miller Daughter Death Pool 911 Call

The heartbreaking 9-1-1 calls made after Bode Miller’s toddler daughter was found in a swimming pool reveal the little girl had a pulse but water was coming out of her mouth during CPR and RadarOnline.com has exclusive details from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Emeline Miller, 19 months, was at a neighbor’s home with her pregnant mother, Morgan Beck, when she was found in the pool.

According to the timeline reported in the documents obtained by Radar, the Olympic skier’s baby had a pulse after being taken out of the pool but later died at the hospital.

On Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 6:28 PM a call was placed to 9-1-1 and they were told “baby fell into the pool.”

“19mo old baby is out of the water but not breathing,” the report noted and said “CPR is being started.”

6:29pm “Baby has a pulse,” the Sherriff’s Department Call Detail Information Report stated. “CO Fire giving instructions. UNK how long baby was in the pool.”

The Report states at 6:29: “Water is coming out of baby mouth,” and “INF STS baby still isn’t breathing.”

After EMTS arrive at 6:37 “CPR still in progress,” and at 6:41pm the toddler was “transported to Mission Hospital.”

The report noted “Charge nurse at Mission AVD chaplain.”

Less than an hour after the first call to 9-1-1 was placed, 7:16 pm the report noted: “Child has pulse transported to pediatric ICU.”

The OC Sheriff’s Office declined to release the audio from the 9-1-1 call, telling Radar: “The family of Emeline Miller has a right to privacy in the report and audio and video recordings. We believe the public disclosure of the casualty report or any audio and video recordings would be highly offensive and insensitive to the family.”

The grieving parents released a statement about their child’s tragic death.

“We are beyond devastated. Our baby girl, Emmy, passed away yesterday. Never in a million years did we think we would experience a pain like this. Her love, her light, her spirit will never be forgotten. Our little girl loved life and lived it to its fullest everyday. Our family respectfully requests privacy during this painful time.”

As Radar previously reported, police will be conducting interviews to determine whether there was any criminal activity in the toddler’s sudden passing. However, an officer at the Orange County Sheriff’s Department told Radar the department believes it was just a horrific accident.

“We’re pretty sure it was an accident,” said Public Information Officer Carrie Braun. “There’s no criminal investigation into this case at all. There is currently an open death investigation.”
