Hurricane Michael Rips Florida Houses Apart In Seconds!
Hurricane Michael is ripping houses apart in Panama City, Florida, and RadarOnline.com has the terrifying video!
The CBS 4 News clip shows the homes being shredded because of the mighty force of the hurricane.
Roofs blew off as palm trees were buffeted by the strong winds.
Later, WFLA news anchor Josh Benson shared another video via Twitter of the same area, noting that all of the houses were submerged under water.
As the Associated Press has reported, Michael slammed into the Florida Panhandle on Wednesday with potentially catastrophic winds of 155 mph.
It’s the most powerful hurricane to hit the U.S. mainland in nearly 50 years.
The devastating hurricane has battered Florida with sideways-blown rain, powerful gusts and crashing waves.
It knocked out power and blew out transformers.
Federal Emergency Management Agency administrator Brock Long has urged people to evacuate. But many have unwisely chosen to ride it out.
The Category 4 hurricane has made National Hurricane Center scientist Eric Blake, “sick to my stomach.”
“I’m worried about my daughter and grandbaby. I don’t know where they are. You know, that’s hard,” crying Panama City resident Diane Farris, who was in a high school shelter with her son, told the AP.
Forecasters said rainfall could reach up to a foot.
The hurricane will move over Georgia on Thursday and also impact the Carolinas which just endured Hurricane Florence.
