Jazz Surging, Get Past Pacers
Runs come and go for teams in the NBA. The Utah Jazz had gone on an 11-game unbeaten run before being stopped by the Denver Nuggets. That didn’t derail them much, though, as they continue to rack up wins. After Sunday’s 103-95 win in Indiana over the Pacers, they have now won four in a row since that defeat.
That gives them 15 wins out of the last 16, giving them the best record in the entire NBA right now. Donovan Mitchell was the main man for them on this day, scoring 27 points and dishing out 11 assists to push his team to 19-5 overall, a game above the defending champion LA Lakers. Rudy Gobert had a monstrous game in the middle, pulling down 16 rebounds while also contributing 16 points.
