Koepka Roars Backs, Wins In Phoenix
Brooks Koepka has had his share of health woes of late that have held his game back. Those came to a halt on Sunday as he came from out of nowhere to deny the field at the Waste Management Open in Phoenix.

Koepka, whose day was headlined by an eagle chip on the 17th hole that gave him the lead for good ultimately, started the day five shots behind co-leaders Jordan Spieth and Xander Schauffele. With some help from them, admittedly, he produced the biggest comeback in the past two seasons. It came after he had missed three consecutive cuts in a row and was his first victory since July of 2019. It’s his 15th overall pro win and just his fourth ‘regular’ Tour triumph.
