‘Law & Order’ Creator Dick Wolf Fighting For Custody Of Kids In Nasty Divorce

Law & Order creator Dick Wolf’s divorce from his third wife is getting nasty, as the two are currently battling over the custody of their kids, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

Dick, 72, filed for a legal separation of marriage from Noelle Wolf on December 3, 2018. He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.


In shocking divorce documents obtained by Radar, the television producer requested joint legal and physical custody of their son, Rex, and daughter, Zoe.

However, in Noelle’s response filed on January 4, Dick’s wife of nearly 13 years is requesting full physical custody of the kids and visitation rights to Dick. She is also seeking joint legal custody of the kids, and spousal support.

In the shocking documents, Noelle also requested for no spousal support to be awarded to the famed producer.

The couple tied the knot on June 17, 2006. They were married for 12 years and six months before separating, according to the papers.

Dick was previously married to Christine Marburg and Susan Scranton.

Dick’s divorce from Marburg turned ugly when she filed a lawsuit claiming her former business managers hid hundreds of millions of dollars from her during her divorce settlement, Radar reported.

Noelle also cited irreconcilable differences as grounds for the divorce.
