One would assume that any team in the Orlando ‘bubble’ would have a reasonable opportunity to beat another. Sure, there are favorites in every game, but these are the ‘better’ teams in the league, right? Even with those parameters, the Brooklyn Nets’ win over the Milwaukee Bucks went does as one of the biggest upsets in quite some time. 27 years to be exact. That’s because the Nets are very short on star players, or anything close to it.

That didn’t stop them on Tuesday night, though, as they defeat the Bucks by a score of 120-116. They had been an 18.5 point underdog prior to tip-off, and they were aided in this shocking victory by Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot’s 26 points. Some limitations have to be put on it, however, as Giannis didn’t play a single second in the second half of the game. That puts the Nets at 2-1 since the restart, a respectable record that gives them a shot at the playoffs. Speaking of playoffs, those might happen for the Phoenix Suns if they keep it up. Tuesday’s 117-115 win over the LA Clippers means they are 3-0 in the bubble thus far. That means they are now one game behind ninth out West, giving them an unlikely chance at it. Devin Booker had the winner, eluding both Paul George and Kawhi Leonard, as part of the 35 he dropped on the Clippers.
