Recent reports and sources had shown that James Harden was, apparently, unhappy with life with the Houston Rockets. That proved to be pretty true on Monday when the star guard didn’t show up, something their new head coach said had ‘no timetable.’ Now, even more reports are emerging that Harden is seeking a way out of Texas, with him preferring a trade to the Philadelphia 76ers.
Of course, however, Harden is said to be willing to go to any team that is a contending team, including the Brooklyn Nets. That idea, though, is not said to be likely, as the Rockets have made no attempts to concoct a deal with them thus far. Harden is due to be a free agent in the summer of 2022, so it will be extremely interesting to see how all of this plays out in the days, weeks, and months ahead.
