Swiss Skydiver, quite the name for a horse, made a lot of history on Saturday as she strolled to victory at the Preakness Stakes. The win is the first for a filly since 2009 in the race, and she was the first to have even contested it since 2014.
She is the sixth overall filly to have won the race. On top of that, she just so happened to have completed the race in the second quickest time ever as well by nudging just clear of Authentic to win it.
