“Looksmaxxing” influencer and streamer Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, has been hit with some ‘heavy’ charges in Massachusetts, according to a report by ‘The Bulwark’. These Clavicular Charges, filed in a Cape Cod courthouse on September 8, are reportedly connected to an incident that happened on May 23, 2025, with the 20-year-old’s arraignment slated for October 14. This current legal drama in Massachusetts seems to run parallel to a civil lawsuit filed against Peters in Florida back in April. As previously reported by ‘CBS 4 Miami’, Alorah Ziva, also known as Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who was 18 at the time, accused Peters of battery, fraud, and sexual misconduct. The complaint detailed allegations that Peters, during a 2025 livestream, injected her with Aqualyx, a fat-dissolving substance not approved by the FDA, without her consent. Talk about a ‘wild ride’; that’s some next-level stuff.
The Florida lawsuit further claimed nonconsensual sexual encounters occurred at Peters’ parents’ Cape Cod residence. Mendoza, who stated she was a minor at the time, alleged these encounters happened while she was intoxicated. In July, Peters reportedly filed a motion seeking to dismiss several counts from this civil lawsuit. He also shared a video where Mendoza reportedly called the Aqualyx injection ‘fun’ and described Peters as ‘super nice’ who ‘sent me an Uber home right after’. Peters himself posted on X, calling the lawsuit ‘petty’ and implying Mendoza was seeking money, stating, ‘Greed is evil’. It’s ‘giving major he-said, she-said energy’ from both sides.
If Peters is convicted in the Massachusetts case, he could be looking at a maximum sentence of twenty years in prison just for the rape charge. This isn’t the first time the streamer has been in the legal crosshairs, according to reports. Earlier, in April, Peters was charged with unlawfully discharging a firearm after a video showed him allegedly shooting an alligator in the Florida Everglades.
