With fans and supporters worldwide of boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, the frenzied collection of Pacquiao memorabilia goes on.

The Filipino sportsman steps into an even higher pedestal in June this year when he is inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame Class of 2025 in rites to be held in Canastota, New York. And this is certainly shooting up the value of Pacquiao collectibles into higher levels.
This happens as Pacquiao watchers here know that the world’s only eight-division champion in boxing history is more focused on resuming his public service career as a senator.

Together with the high-performing 1Pacman Party List, Manny returns his focus and champion’s mindset toward mounting an electoral campaign that puts building up Filipino capacities at the forefront.

He has declared that giving back to the Filipinos the glory that he has attained is undoubtedly more important at this point of his life, and for that he is unfazed by more boxing adulation.
1Pacman Party List Rep. Mikee Romero, former House Deputy Speaker and who was chairman of the House Committee on Poverty Alleviation in the last Congress, states that Pacquiao, who was also Saranggani representative in Congress, is steadfast in his fight to uplift the lives of his countrymen. “Ang lakas ng inspirasyon ni Manny para ipagpatuloy, kasama ng 1Pacman ang mga magagandang plano para sa Pilipino.”
Romero, himself, has run the full marathon of public service as a congressman after completing nine full years with three terms at the House, and providing the country with 144 updated laws, which notably includes the formation of a national sports academy within a state-of-the-art sports complex.
Romero hands over the 1Pacman leadership baton to daughter Milka Romero, who has carved a name for herself as a young sports, civic, and business leader. Milka is 1Pacman’s first nominee in the May polls, with Bobby Pacquiao and Shey Sakaluran Mohammad, as second and third nominees, respectively.
1Pacman’s battecry is undoubtedly: Champion sa Sports.

Meanwhile, Pacquiao memorabilia collectors are just waiting for their stash to grow in value this June, and even more so as Pacquiao gains more followers as he continues to make good on his political intentions in the coming years.
A cursory search online yields high-priced items such as signed Everlast gloves, boxing shorts, promotional posters, magazine covers, belts, caps, Manny look-alike toys. Also cited by Guinness World Records is the treasure a total of 705 items, a count as of 2021, which is kept by a Laguna-based collector. Interviewed by Guinness on his feat, the Filipino collector said he wanted to bring pride and honor to the country with this remarkable collection.

A statement provided by the International Boxing Hall of Fame (IBHOF) quoted Pacquiao as saying, upon his selection to the IBHOF, “Throughout my career, as a professional fighter and a public servant, it has been my goal to bring honor to my country, the Philippines, and my fellow Filipinos around the world.”
