Arsenal have impressed in the opening weeks of the 2022/3 Premier League season with two wins from two ahead of their clash with Bournemouth.
Scott Parker’s Cherries secured a winning return to the top flight with a 2-0 victory at home to Aston Villa on the opening weekend, but they followed that up with a 4-0 loss at defending champions Manchester City.
Mikel Arteta is determined to maintain Arsenal’s positive form on the south coast as his side aim to continue their early-season momentum.
Parker admitted defeat at City was not a major concern for him, but the former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder will be looking to cause an upset against the Gunners.

ARS — Martin Odegaard (Gabriel Jesus) — 11th min.
41st min.: It’s still the same pattern of play. Arsenal switching play from one side to another, controlling possession, and Arsenal supporters singing their way through the half.
28th min.: Yellow card. Shown to left wingback Jordan Zemura. It’s been one-way traffic so far and Bournemouth can barely get on the ball. Arsenal are being patient on the ball and poking and prodding their way forward with crisp passing.
11th min.: Arsenal GOAL. And it’s a second for Odegaard. Ben White delivers a cross after an overlapping run, and after a touch from Gabriel Jesus in the box, Martin Odegaard blasts it home.
