ESPN’s Adam Schefter goes shirtless, pays homage to Vikings QB Kirk Cousins with ‘Monday Night Football’ bit

NSFW.

Adam Schefter has long been known for his scoops and his inside-the-NFL perspective. On Monday night, though, he may have been a little too much TMI.

Prior to the Ravens-Saints Week 9 matchup, Schefter turned the clock back to Halloween and channeled his inner Kirk Cousins, paying tribute to the Vikings passer and his viral shirtless celebration by going topless himself.

Schefter rounded off the ever popular “C’mon, man!” segment on “Monday Night Countdown,” even doing a little dance akin to Cousins on Sunday.

Cousins’ shirtless celebration and subsequent victory dance on the team plane on Sunday set Twitter ablaze.

It also got him booked on Monday night’s “Manningcast” with Peyton and Eli Manning.

Expect the passer to weigh in on Schefter’s impersonation later in the night. Schefty loses points for the lack of gusto on his “You Like Thats.”

Others who saw the ESPN insider’s bizarre (and somewhat cringey) impression of Cousins responded in kind:

Please keep your shirt on, Adam.
