Amon-Ra St. Brown injury update, Week 4 fantasy outlook
St. Brown injured his ankle in last week’s game against Minnesota, but after getting it taped up, he returned and finished the contest. However, as is often the case, he’s experiencing some residual soreness the following week, and he’s now missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday ahead of Sunday’s favorable matchup vs. the Seahawks.
It’s possible the Lions are just being extra cautious with their young star, so if he returns to practice on Friday, he should be in good shape to play. Nonetheless, he’ll be listed as at least “questionable,” so he’ll remain a concern until Sunday morning. If he’s out, give DJ Chark and Josh Reynolds big bumps up in value (though Chark is dealing with an ankle injury of his own), as both can work as flexes.

Cordarrelle Patterson injury update, Week 4 fantasy outlook
Patterson (knee) hasn’t practiced this week, and while the Falcons are listing him as “resting,” it’s still a cause for concern heading into Sunday’s game against the Browns.
Patterson has been a workhorse for the Falcons early on, carrying the ball 49 times and adding another four receptions. He’s must-start when active, but if he can’t go, Tyler Allgeier will take over and likely see 15-plus touches. That’s enough to make him an RB2/flex despite a relatively tough matchup.

Gabe Davis injury update, Week 4 fantasy outlook
Davis, who sat out Week 2, failed to practice on Thursday because of the ankle issue that’s been bothering him the past two weeks. It’s possible this is just a rest day for the rising star, but clearly it’s an issue ahead of a highly favorable matchup in Baltimore.

If Davis suits up, he’s a must-start despite the injury. If he’s out, it’s reasonable to give Isaiah McKenzie a bump up in value, though neither McKenzie nor Jamison Crowder was able to take advantage of Davis’ absence in Week 2. TE Dawson Knox might actually be the biggest beneficiary in the form of increased targets in the red zone.
