While we’ve already seen a handful of quarterbacks miss time this season (Dak Prescott, Zach Wilson, Carson Wentz, Baker Mayfield, Ryan Tannehill), Week 10 is shaping up to be the most injury-affected week yet at fantasy’s highest-scoring position. Josh Allen, Kyler Murray, and Matthew Stafford are all in danger of missing this week, and knowing their statuses plays a massive role in navigating the free agent pool and finding viable streamers who can factor into your Week 10 start ’em, sit ’em decisions.
Below, we’ll give you the latest news on these quarterbacks and break down how their injuries could potentially affect the Week 10 fantasy landscape.

Josh Allen injury update, Week 10 fantasy outlook
Allen (elbow) didn’t practice on Wednesday and is considered “day-to-day” for the Bills’ Week 10 home tilt against the Vikings.
While NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Allen’s elbow injury is manageable, there’s a chance the MVP candidate is kept out of this Sunday’s game for precautionary reasons. Based on the way the betting market has responded to the reports, moving the Bills from -8.5 to -3.5, there’s a chance we see Case Keenum make the spot start against one of his former teams. If that’s the case, Stefon Diggs’ and Gabriel Davis’ fantasy stocks figure to take a hit, though Diggs should still be in fantasy lineups in all formats. Minnesota’s D/ST would suddenly be worth streaming, though.

Kyler Murray injury update, Week 10 fantasy outlook
Murray (hamstring) popped up on the Cardinals’ injury report after not practicing on Wednesday. He’s considered “day-to-day”. If Murray is unable to practice on Thursday and Friday, there’s a real shot we see backup Colt McCoy under center this Sunday against the Rams.
Murray has accumulated the fifth-most rushing yards among QBs (359,) as his ability to extend plays out of the pocket is a large part of his game and fantasy value. If McCoy ends up making the start, DeAndre Hopkins, Rondale Moore, and Zach Ertz all lose value, but James Conner’s projections could actually benefit. Conner had his biggest game last season when McCoy started against the 49ers in Week 9.

Matthew Stafford injury update, Week 10 fantasy outlook
Stafford (concussion protocol) didn’t participate in Wednesday’s practice after entering concussion protocol. Entering concussion protocol on Wednesday isn’t a good sign for Stafford’s Week 10 availability, and the Rams will likely lean on backup QB John Wolford to start this week against the Cardinals.
WEEK 10 DFS: Best stacks | Best values
The Rams have allowed the fifth-most sacks this season (28), and that likely played a part in Stafford’s concussion. If Wolford gets the starting nod, Cooper Kupp’s, Allen Robinson’s, and Tyler Higbee’s fantasy projections take a hit, but we’d still keep Kupp and Higbee in lineups because of the matchup. While the Rams would prefer to rely more on the run with Wolford under center, their inability to get much of anything on the ground (31st in rushing yards) complicates that.
