The wide receiver position is ravaged by byes and injuries heading into Week 11, so we need to find pass-catchers who can rack up cheap, easy receptions against exploitable defenses. That’s precisely what we’re aiming to help you do with our Week 11 fantasy WR PPR rankings, where you’ll find some fill-in options who profile as sleepers with favorable matchups.
Week 11’s bye-week situation takes away Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Mike Evans, Christian Kirk, Tyler Lockett, DK Metcalf, and Chris Godwin. With Ja’Marr Chase (hip), Cooper Kupp (ankle), JuJu Smith-Schuster (head), Jerry Jeudy (ankle), Romeo Doubs (ankle), Mike Williams (ankle), and Keenan Allen (hamstring) also dealing with injuries, depth is obviously going to be tested.
If you’re heading to the waiver wire in search of a replacement, your best matchup-based options this week are Devin Duvernay and Demarcus Robinson (@ Panthers in Week 11), Christian Watson (vs. Titans), DeAndre Carter (vs. Chiefs), Terrace Marshall Jr. (@ Ravens), Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Kadarius Toney (@ Chargers), Darius Slayton and Wan’Dale Robinson (vs. Lions), Michael Gallup (vs. Vikings), and Nico Collins (vs. Commanders). None stand out as high-floor guys in PPR leagues, but they should all get enough opportunities to have high ceilings given their matchups.
WEEK 11 STANDARD RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers
A few other borderline receivers stand out in PPR formats because of higher target floors this week. Allen Robinson II (@ Saints), Courtland Sutton (vs. Raiders), and even Donovan Peoples-Jones (@ Bills) and Parris Campbell (vs. Eagles) should be fairly safe bets for points, though DPJ and Campbell have tough matchups. Given the injuries in L.A. and Denver, we might also see someone like Ben Skowronek or Van Jefferson (@ Saints) or Kendall Hinton (vs. Raiders) pop up with a good game, but it’s tough to trust either in your starting lineup. You’re betting off going with someone like Darnell Mooney or Chase Claypool (@ Falcons) in a better matchup.
WEEK 11 PPR RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers
We are a bit worried about DeVonta Smith (@ Colts), Garrett Wilson (@ Patriots), Drake London (@ Bears), Curtis Samuel and Jahan Dotson (@ Texans), Robert Woods, Treylon Burks, and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (@ Packers), and Mack Hollins (@ Broncos) this week because of matchups. Wilson is usually a safe bet for catches and targets, so he should stay in most lineups — and it’s tough to bench Smith in the Eagles’ electric offense — but the rest profile as fairly low-floor and low-ceiling options this week.
Ultimately, it’s a tough week at WR. You’re either going to have to trust at least one mediocre WR in a good matchup or a slightly better receiver in a bad matchup. We usually favor the guys in good matchups, but in PPR leagues, sometimes getting that high-target floor is more important. It really depends on if you’re projected to win big or lose big. Sometimes opting for “safe” points is the best option.
Note: We’ll be updating these WR PPR rankings as needed throughout the week, so check back for the latest changes.
