Google Fi Now Comes With One Year of YouTube Premium

Google is looking to attract more people to its Unlimited Plus Google Fi(Opens in a new window) wireless plan by offering an entire year of YouTube Premium for free with a new activation.

It’s a nice added bonus for anyone looking to get their hands on some well-reviewed cellular service while also getting ad-free YouTube and all the other benefits that come with a YouTube Premium subscription.

In order to take advantage of the free YouTube Premium subscription, you’ll need to sign up for or already be on the most expensive Google Fi plan, which is called Unlimited Plus. It starts at $65 per month for a single line and goes down to $40 per line if you have four or more lines on your account. It offers unlimited data (which is slowed down after 50GB of usage), cloud storage, and now, a year of YouTube Premium.

Fortunately, if you have multiple people on your account, each one will get their own YouTube Premium subscription with this new promotion, so they won’t need to share a single account. This is good because it allows each person to have their own subscriptions and watch history.
