Terrible parking is a horrible sight to behold, most of all when it is outside your house. Fortunately, one homeowner was able to see the funny side of things when he fell victim to a case of bad parking – delighting the internet by sharing a photo of the car left in front of his driveway. And the snap, which has to be seen to be believed, left people stunned.

In a post shared to Reddit, the homeowner claims: “This dude decided to park in front of my driveway when the entire street was free,” before adding the picture that confirms his story. Parked directly in front of his driveway – blocking the vehicle on it – sits a car.

It’s a bad choice at the best of times, but one that is made even worse since it appears to be one of two parked in the entire road.

And people did not hold back when responding to the Reddit post, blasting the “idiot” driver over the decision.

One person said: “The audacity, what a d**k.” “Infuriating,” said another.

And many told the homeowner to take action against the illegally parked car – though not all of the suggestions fell on the right side of the law.

“Get that ruffian towed,” read one comment.

A second agreed: “I wouldn’t have wasted a second taking this picture. I would have called a tow, then taken a video of it happening.”

“Bust a window, put in neutral, push off cliff. Easy,” added a jokester.

Thankfully, the homeowner took a calmer approach. When quizzed by a commenter keen to know what happened next, and if he met the “idiot” driver, the post’s writer replied: “He left 30 mins after the picture. I noticed during a phone breaking during my dinner so I couldn’t be bothered to call someone and have it towed. I wasn’t leaving home anyway. Just thought it was funny for him to park there.”

And a response read: “Seems like some of us would have called just out of principle, but good for you for being so relaxed. That type of patience is something to be proud of.”
