Amazon Halo Rise
The Halo Rise sits on your bedside table, using a low-energy sensor and machine learning technology to automatically track the slumber of the nearest person. Wake up and the app shows the amount of time you spent in each sleep stage (REM, light, deep) the previous night, and provides a score to gauge the duration and quality of your shut-eye. The sleek accessory uses sensors to track micromovements like your chest rising and falling as you breathe; it then uses machine learning technology to translate that data into sleep stages. And while there is no camera or microphone, users may put the Halo Rise into standby mode, temporarily disabling the sensor technology.
