All eyes were on Henderson, Nevada tonight as Scoot Henderson and the G League Ignite took on Victor Wembanyama and Metropolitans 92.
The projected top two picks in the 2023 NBA Draft, gave fans a glimpse of the future with Henderson dropping 28 points 11-of-21 shooting, adding nine assists and four rebounds in the win, while Wembanyama did his thing with 37 points on 11-of-20 shooting and 7-of-11 from three, adding four rebounds and five blocks.

There was no shortage of stars in attendance, with Chris Paul, Devin Booker and DeMarcus Cousins in the house, along with WNBA and FIBA World Cup champions A’Ja Wilson and Chelsea Gray, with the trophy in tow.
The battle between the two elite prospects had the attention of seemingly everyone around the NBA, with a host of players taking to Twitter, marveling at the talent on display.

Fans will get another look at the star prospects on Thursday, October 6 as Metropolitans 92 and the G League Ignite play the second of their exhibition games, with tip-off set for 3:00 p.m. ET.
