Jose Mourinho’s visitors have picked up successive wins so far in league action, while Massimiliano Allegri’s hosts have racked up four points from a possible six.

Both coaches are under pressure to break the recent Milanese stranglehold on the Scudetto with this match offering a potential indication of their expectations for the campaign.

Allegri is still battling against a growing injury list in Turin with summer signing Paul Pogba sidelined with a long-term issue. Angel Di Maria is not expected to be fit for this weekend and Leonardo Bonucci is a doubt, but Wojciech Szczesny is back.

Mattia De Sciglio could return to the starting lineup, while Allegri confirmed he is considering throwing new signing Arkadiusz Milik straight into the first XI.
