KSI went out there and handled business Saturday night. He went 2-0 with two knockouts against British rapper Swarmz and pro boxer Luis Alcaraz Pineda at O2 Arena in London.
After an injury forced Alex Wassabi out of a meeting with KSI, the YouTuber decided to up the ante and take on two opponents in one night. He kicked off the first installment of the DAZN X Series 001 PPV by dominating rapper Swarmz before finishing him in the second round.
After a card full of social media influencers and YouTubers scoring knockouts, KSI emerged in the main event later in the night against Pineda. Unfortunately for Pineda, he’s a pro in title only. KSI beat him from pillar to post, scoring seven knockdowns while Pineda repeatedly complained.
It was an embarrassing outing by Pineda. He complained after every punch KSI landed. KSI dropped Pineda three times in the first round, and Pineda complained that each punch was illegal. They weren’t. The fight could have ended there, but the referee inexplicably allowed it to continue.
KSI sent Pineda down twice in the second round, with the second one coming courtesy of a devastating left hook and some follow-up punches. KSI did push-ups while the referee made the count.
For no reason in particular, the referee allowed the fight to get into the third round, and KSI finished the job with another pair of knockdowns.
These weren’t particularly tough challenges, but KSI’s fans thrilled by the result.
Afterward, KSI called for fights with Andrew Tate and Tommy Fury. What about a rematch with Logan Paul?
Here’s how it all went down:

Result: KSI def. Luis Alcaraz Pineda via 3rd-round TKO (:50).
Round 3: KSI opens with a right hand and down goes Pineda again. For some reason, the fight is continuing. This referee is terrible. KSI lands an uppercut and a left hand and down goes Pineda again. He’s complaining again. Surprise, surprise. But the referee has finally seen enough. It’s over.
Round 2: Pineda lands a right hand and KSI responds with a hard body shot. It is now seek and destroy for KSI. It’s hard to believe that Pineda is the only pro boxer on this card. Pineda lands a jab but he’s on his bicycle. Right hand to the body and head from KSI drops Pineda again. He’s up but just running away. Left hook hurts Pineda and a short right hand drops Pineda. While Pineda is down, KSI starts doing push-ups. They can just stop the fight now. Why is this still going? KSI tears into Pineda’s body and another punch to the head that Pineda complains about as the round comes to a close.
SN unofficial scorecard: 10-8, KSI (20-15, KSI)
Round 1: KSI starts hot and goes to the body. An overhand right drops Pineda within seconds. Pineda gets to his feet but is complaining that he was hit behind the head. KSI goes back to the body and an overhand right drops Pineda a second time. This is one-way traffic. A clean body shot has Pineda complaining. He has checked out. More complaining from Pineda whenever a punch lands. Pineda takes a knee and is complaining again. This is ridiculous.

Fousey is swinging in desperation but can’t find his target. All Deji after one.

3:25 p.m.: IAmThmpsn is as committed to spamming overhand rights as he is to leaving vowels out of his name. Hyde hasn’t done much but you have to wonder if he’s waiting for IAmThmpsn to gas out. Yeah, that’s it. Sam Hyd starts pressing the action at the end of the round and lands a few punches. Uh, I guess you have to give it to IAmThmpson? Who knows. I’m surprised this is still going.
3:22 p.m.: IAmThmpsn is just winging slow overhands right hands. The technique has left much to be desired from both. But IAmThmpsn’s commitment is enough to give him the first round. It ain’t pretty, folks.

2:39 p.m.: It only took about 40 minutes but KSI and Swarmz have finally made their entrances. Physically, KSI looks to be in tremendous shape. The fans are on his side as well. As for Swarmz? Well, good luck.
2:23 p.m.: We’re getting ready for KSI vs. Swarmz but every indication suggests that Swarmz has no idea what he is in for. It would be in KSI’s best interest to get rid of Swarmz quick and focus on the main event. Don’t play with your food!
2:05 p.m.: We are live! Whether you like it or not, the world is dialed in to see what KSI will do tonight when he faces two opponents. KSI will have to face Swarmz first before he takes on an actual pro boxer in Pineda. If KSI isn’t careful, this could end in disaster.
