Man rides horse through McDonald’s drive-thru – and orders 100 chicken nuggets

People are stunned by the man’s unusual mode of transport as he galloped with his trusty steed through the drive-thru and made a massive food order – he was hungry after his ride, and his mare got a tasty treat too

Most of us rush through a fast food drive-thru in a hurry, enjoying the luxury of not having to leave our cars to collect our tasty treats. It’s usually frowned upon to waltz through a McDonald’s drive-thru on foot – hence the name of the service – and you may even get turned away by staff on shift.

One person has defied this rule, however, as they rocked up to a McDonald’s restaurant on a horse, riding the stallion through the drive-thru to make a huge order. Posting to the social media platform TikTok to showcase their grand entrance, the horse-rider posted footage of himself ordering 100 chicken nuggets from an East London branch of the beloved fast food chain.

The man, who posted under the handle @theblessedequestrian on TikTok, captioned the clip: “After our hack we got hungry, so I went to get 100 chicken nuggets”.

In the footage, the huge horse gallops towards the drive-thru window while its rider places his order – they then ride over to the next window to collect his huge bag brimming with McNuggets.

The funny clip has since gone viral on the platform, racking up more than 1.6 million views to date.

TikTok users flocked to the comments section to share their wonder at the unusual mode of transportation, with one questioning why the man hadn’t treated his trusty steed to a snack.

The person wrote: “Could of got a carrot bag for your ride bro” to which the horse-rider replied “My mare is picky, but I had treats in my pocket. That’s why her mouth is green”.

Other commenters praised the horse, with one saying: “that is a stunning horse” while another added “your horse is beautiful”.

Many TikTok users were quick to make jokes in the comments section.

One person mused: “What’s the horse power on that beast?” then another joked: “One horse power, I’ve seen it all.”
