Christmas is now just a few days away so people all over the world will be busy getting their final bits and pieces together for the big day, such as any last-minute gifts that need buying.
But one man has faced a huge backlash from his wife of 55 years after she thought he had ordered a rude gift for himself, only for it to be a prank, orchestrated by their grandson.
Alex Summers, 26, from Liverpool, decided to prank his grandfather, Graham, 70, with a package posted through the door that appeared to be from a website that sells used women’s underwear.

The 26-year-old came across a joke website advertised online that will make it look like someone has ordered the product to their door even if they have not. And the packages aren’t exactly subtle, with details of the underwear on the envelope.
However, his prank didn’t quite go the way he expected, as his grandmother intercepted the cheeky delivery – and was furious with her husband.
Carol Summers, 74, found the envelope on the doormat before Graham, leaving her shocked and needing some very quick answers from her husband.

Alex said: “I’d ordered them to prank my grandad, but my grandma got to the front door first. I wasn’t expecting her to see them. It was so funny.
“It came up in a sponsored ad on the internet, I don’t know why but it came up on my Instagram and I thought that’d be funny.”
Footage shows Carol yelling at her innocent husband and telling him to “get in here” but the reason for her anger left Graham very confused and unsure of what was going on.
Alex continued: “I started videoing as soon as I noticed that she had it [the envelope], and she started shouting at him. She was going mental. I hope I’m not that bothered when I’ve been married that long. They’ve been married for 55 years.”
When he is confronted with the bright pink envelope, Graham is adamant that he has not ordered the women’s underwear but his wife is not so sure as the envelope clearly states his name on the front.
Graham said: “I can’t believe she thought they were mine. I thought [Carol] would’ve knew it wasn’t me ordering them.”
Eventually, the grandson revealed his cheeky prank and the envelope which turned out to be empty was swiftly binned by Carol.
“Oh, it was funny. I went mad at first, but when I read the letter it was good. [Alex is] a wind-up,” added Carol.
