With this recipe, you can eat your beans cold in this yummy salad. Add cannellini, kidney, garbanzo beans to red diced onion, celery and rosemary. Combine a sauce using apple cider vinegar, white sugar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper, stir and pour over your bean salad. Let meld together and chill in the refrigerator.
Taco Bean Dip
Using refried beans for the bottom layer, add seasoned, cooked taco meat, shredded cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and jalapenos for some spice. Enjoy this dip with tortilla chips or halved sweet peppers.
Chili with Beans
There’s something delicious and different about chili sans beans but the same can be said about chili with beans. With ground beef add your tomato base, a couple cans of kidney beans, chopped cayenne peppers, garlic, onions and chili seasoning. Eat your beans with this bean-filled chili, cornbread and salad.
Chili with Beans, Cheddar and Cream Cheese Dip
Layer the bottom of a glass pyrex dish with 8oz of cream cheese, a can of chili with beans and as much shredded cheddar as you like. From there, place your dish in the oven, uncovered, and baked until the ingredients are warmed and the cheese begins to melt and brown. This dip tastes great with tortilla chips, Wheat Thins, sliced pita bread and even pretzels.
Baked Beans with Grilled Hotdogs
If this isn’t the easiest way to eat your beans and get your dinner together, then nothing is. Just take your favorite baked beans, Bush’s original for me, and add your hotdogs. The cheese filled ones are delicious in this dish and so are the all-beef. It’s fun to slice them down the long way and then into half moons and fry them on the stove or even throw them in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Do you like this meal?

Black Beans and Rice
Also easy and delicious, black beans and rice are great as a side but could also be the perfect base for dinners like salsa chicken, taco meat or even a delicious steak. For black beans and rice, rinse your rice and beans and add to a pan with spices like onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and use broth as your water for more flavor. Simmer until all the liquid is absorbed, remove from the heat and fluff with a fork before serving.
