A man has been left in stitches after coming across a passive aggressive note on his neighbour’s car windscreen. Wanting to know what it said, he admitted to crossing the street just to see what all the fuss was about.
Sharing the note on Reddit, he said: ‘Just to point out this was not left on my car, I park like a good boy. It was one neighbour leaving it on another neighbour’s car. I am just really nosy and like to see what they have put on the note.’ On it, the fuming resident had drawn a handy illustration showing the ‘correct way to park’ and ‘how you managed to park’ before providing them with a mark out of ten for their work.

They awarded the motorist a 2/10 for effort for staying within the lines, as they sarcastically added ‘must try harder’.
While most users couldn’t help but laugh at the passive aggressive note, others questioned whether the driver took their criticism onboard.
One user said: “Ouch, hit them with that ‘not angry, just disappointed’ thing. Reconsider your suitability for a driving license time.”
A second joked: “Can I save & print this picture? I need to put it on a few of my neighbour’s cars!”
A third user said: ‘People who park like this should be clamped for 24 hours.’
It comes after a woman uncovered a note from her previous homeowner when stripping their wallpaper off the walls.
Underneath the 1990s wallpaper was a small note detailing how many rolls she would need when she comes to redecorate the room.
It reads: ‘If you ever need to wallpaper this room again, it will take eight rolls of wallpaper. I bought just six rolls at £17 per roll on 5/12/97 and I didn’t have enough. It really p***ed me off. Jon 21/12/97.’
A picture of the note been shared on Reddit by user Brilliantas and has racked in more than 66,000 upvotes and about 700 comments.
While most users couldn’t help but laugh at Jon’s mistake, others questioned ‘what kind of man puts up wallpaper four days before Christmas.’
One user said: “Maybe his girlfriend or boyfriend was the type to make poor Jon slave away redecorating just four days before Christmas when he should have been drinking beer.”
Another user added: “Hoping for two more rolls from Father Christmas?”
A third user said: “Someone who needs to prove that their life is together before the judgmental hoard of Christmas visitors arrive?”
