Can Brazil keep rolling without Neymar? The tournament favorites will try to lock up a spot in the knockouts with a win over a tough Switzerland side on Monday, but they’ll be without their star attacker after an ankle injury in the opener.
The two teams are co-leaders in Group G, and with the 3-3 draw between Serbia and Cameroon, it will be Brazil and Switzerland who will be the favorites to go through. Serbia and Cameroon will need to win their final group games on Friday to have any hope of advancing.
Group H also takes centerstage on Monday with the heavyweight match between Portugal and Uruguay closing the day. A win for Portugal would send them into the Round of 16 after they picked up all three points against Ghana in their opener.
Ghana, South Korea and Uruguay have catching up to do in Group H. While the South American side will contend with Cristiano Ronaldo & Co., South Korea and Ghana will go head-to-head to see which nation will have a real shot at advancing on the final day.
