Redfall System Requirements: Can Your PC Handle Multiplayer Vampire Mayhem?

In a world where it constantly feels like ancient, evil forces are draining our lives, killing vampires sounds pretty satisfying. Redfall promises bloody vampire-blasting carnage for you and your friends. Find out if your machine has the daywalker strength it needs to run this PC game

Why the Redfall Hype?

It’s simple: a co-op shooter that lets you make vampires explode has the potential for lots of fun. Beyond that, Redfall is the big, next-gen-only game from Microsoft for Xbox platforms. Not only that, but it’s also the next major game from Arkane Studios, the creators behind Deathloop, Dishonored, and Prey.

For more detailed Redfall impressions, check out our hands-on Redfall preview. We think the premise has potential, especially the inventive vampire-slaying mechanics. However, the unique character abilities feel balanced for multiplayer play rather than singleplayer action. Our opinions might change with the final release, though.

How Can You Play Redfall?

As a shooter, Redfall plays great with a mouse and keyboard, as well as with a controller. DRM and an always-online requirement may make Steam Deck support tricky, but the developers are looking to remove that requirement at least for the singleplayer component.
