Tennessee is the newly crowned top team in the nation according to the season’s first College Football Playoff rankings released on Tuesday — but taking on Georgia will be a huge test in a matchup with massive Playoff implications.
Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker has become one the favorites to win this year’s Heisman Trophy with his stellar performances so far, racking up 25 total TDs to go with just one interception on the season. He has a strong case to be Tennessee’s first-ever player to win the award.
