Wanted man’s mugshot deemed ‘scariest ever’ because of vile and offensive tattoos

Police in New Zealand have released the mugshot of a man wanted in connection to a shooting, and he has some offensive tattoos plastered all over his face including several swashtikas

A mugshot of a man police want to speak to in connection with a shooting has been deemed one of the scariest ever because of his vile tattoos.

Hendrix Rawiri Jury, 27, has swastikas above his eyes and nose, the word ‘mongrel’ across the lower half of his face and a bulldog on his forehead.

Officers in New Zealand want to speak to the man in connection to a shooting in Christchurch after shots were fired in broad daylight. A man was taken to hospital with gunshot wounds. The local police force shared Jury’s mugshot online and one person commented: “Shouldn’t be too hard to recognize him.”

New Zealand Police said: “Police investigating a shooting incident in Christchurch last week have made significant progress and are now seeking the public’s assistance.

“Police have executed a number of search warrants in relation to this matter and have established that the shooting on August 30 2022 occurred at a property on Hereford Street.

“Enquiries indicate that this was not a random incident.

“Police are now seeking the whereabouts of 27-year-old Hendrix Rawiri Jury who has a warrant for his arrest in relation to this incident.

“He is considered to be extremely dangerous and should not be approached. If you see Hendrix or know where he is, please call 111 immediately.

“The victim in this matter has since been discharged from hospital and is recovering at home.”
