A bizarre-shaped storm spotted on weather maps has left Facebook users in hysterics.
Weather forecasters posted images of the storm online and social media users were quick to notice it was shaped “like a penis”.
The incoming storm, Hurricane Danielle, is currently on track to hit Europe in the coming days unleashing heavy rain and strong winds in affected areas.
The post read: “Hurricane Danielle to head towards Europe following Atlantic adventure and the images below are showing Danielle track towards Portugal.
“Still a lot of uncertainty at the moment how Danielle will affect us over the weekend and next week but we will keep you updated.”
The storm’s path is seen in the picture from Wednesday at 2pm to Sunday night, with Portugal receiving the storm’s “tip” on Sunday evening.

However, instead of feeling anxious about the upcoming severe weather, viewers were diverted by the map’s obliquely phallic appearance, which prompted a number of jokes.
One person commented: “Can’t stop giggling at the shape of it.”
“Blowing hard this weekend,” another user quipped.
“Quite a stiff wind by the looks of it,” joked another person.
Someone else said: “That’s gotta be a joke.”

“Looks like we are going to experience the second coming,” added one user.
Another person said: “The 14-year-old me can only see one thing. Mind you, it’s the same thing the 48-year-old me can see.”
“That looks rude!” added someone else.
Another user joked: “Looks like hurricane Danielle is gonna give them a right pounding.”
“Heads up, knob storm coming through? Don’t bend over in high winds,” quipped another viewer.
Someone else said: “Cannot un-see that shape.”
The storm is predicted to wreak havoc across the UK in the coming days with torrential rain, thunder and strong winds.
